I have not read all of this thread but I wanted search before making a new post. I’m about 2 pages in.
I also have an issue…I smell gasoline inside my cab regularly and it is getting more and more noticeable.
Currently I am on a road trip and had recall performed by a dealership about 200 miles from where I bought my vehicle. I explained to the tech that I smell gas and he explained to me to use my A/C differently than I have been. I found that very strange. He also said the recall he performed should allow me to be aware if there is a bigger issue. I explained again well it is smelling like gas right now. He claimed he couldn’t smell it and showed me how to identify the drain tube installed and said keep an eye on it. I’m just over 30k miles, now in Maryland but live in Texas. I just called a dealership here to schedule an appointment as I’m concerned if I get back to Texas beyond 36k miles. There is a very apparent smell of gasoline. However, I have complained about gas mileage on several threads usually about 22mpg and during my road trip have been averaging 28.5 mpg. So that seems to be a strange phenomenon. Hoping for the best.
just got my ā€˜21 BS OBX back from the dealership. I had a crack in the catalytic converter that was causing a gas smell and even increase noise that I clearly had been in denial about. Replaced on warranty and both gaskets on either side as well. Good experience with the dealership up here while on vacation.

Could you please explain the noise?
I have a '22 with 2.0 Eco Badlands, and I get an annoying buzzing sound at speeds under 30, plus I smell gas every so often. I'm in Idaho where smog control isn't a thing so I think sometimes it's the guy in front of me. But... When no one is there and especially while idling at a light I smell it, I begin to suspect something's up. I'll call to get 'er in to the dealer but thus far my complaints have been "unreproducible".
Edit: I've only got 18,500 miles on the odo.
Thanks!

Just all around did not sound like how a new vehicle should be running. Just louder and when accelerating sounded like it was working harder or at a higher RPM. At the time i was usually going highway speeds and cranking the radio so i rarely noticed. It was others that said, whys it so loud? That finally made me aware.

Thanks! I now have an appointment for next Tuesday. I'll report back!

Hi Eric! I can look into your Bronco's noise concern on my end. To get started, could you please send a private message over with the name/location of your local Ford dealer and your Bronco's VIN?

I don't think I ever sent my VIN, but I'll get that to you. I absolutely smell gas, sometimes so strong I have to roll the window down. I parked at Lowes the other day and even outside the car it was very strong. The dealership has never found a cause, but I'm going to go back again. I feel like all this exposure to fumes needs to stop.
