I opened my Sprite bottle only to have the contents spray out and get into the auto-brake button. Now it's hard to push, but it does work. Is there an easy way to take it out/apart to clean it? Thanks!
(I thought I saw it mentioned here and did a search with no luck. Sorry if this is duplicated)
Years ago I had a positive Ford lemon-law experience. It was with a Ford Freestyle that had numerous issues. Ours went smoothly because the dealership supported us and even suggested this route for us. If you can get the dealership to support this, then I would bet things turn around for you.
I'm in North Idaho & find Normal works quite well. When the residential streets are unplowed and slushy, I've used Slippery mode. You'll feel an immediate difference in the throttle and engine as the vehicle slows much faster when you let off the gas. There is purposefully less torque because...
Yes, definitely call the dealership and have your car towed there. We have roadside assistance for something like 3 yrs I believe. I'm certainly no expert, but the GOAT dial does initiate and terminate software switching, so something is wonky there, especially if the dial freely spins past...
Thank you for also reporting your issue. This reminded me that I need to post an update.
Ford took my car all day and did not find any issues. I am up to 4300 miles now without further trouble. I did notice that bouncing around the dial can cause the RPMs to bounce too. My problem came while...
True, it could be just the way it is. If so, I'm OK with that. In fact, it is snowing today, roughly 6 inches so far and I'm thinking of places I could go just to drive in it. LOL
My daughter and I took at drive to Salt Lake City from our place in Idaho this past week. For most of the 10 hour drive the speed limits are a generous 80mph. I was going a steady 85mph during the day but I noticed a consistent high pitch whistle when I hit roughly 84mph or more. Both she and...
Yes, thanks, I'll send that to you.
I did get a scheduled appointment with my local Ford dealer on the 23rd. They squeezed me in due to the nature of the problem.
I have only 1150 miles on my Bronco Sport Badlands.
Last week I parked in the garage & the vehicle auto stopped as it typically does. As I twisted the dial out of Drive to shift into park, the car restarted and the transmission made a horrible "CLUNK" noise. Now it seems to me the tyranny...
I am only 50 miles into driving my new '22 BS Badlands, but one thing I cannot figure out is why the instrument cluster shows the correct temp (96 today), but the media display always says 65 degrees. Where is that number coming from? My phone also shows 96 degrees today. I reset the car...
