I think SiriusXM sound quality is not there anymore...

The sound quality is pretty bad. The best way to listen to Sirius is via the app on CarPlay/Android Auto. Streaming sounds 1000x better.

Also. Unless their play lists have changed, it always felt like the same 14 songs on a semi-shuffled loop.

My wife would listen to the lithium channel and would the next song is blah, by so and so. She was rarely wrong.

Anyone use the SiriusXM weather and traffic subscriptions and find them useful? I got an alert a few weeks back only after a hail storm passed through :/

I love the traffic feature. It has helped me many times. I have a 5 year free trial but will absolutely renew it when it expires.

We got the lifetime option in 2006 for $500. Lifetime is five radios, we are on our 2nd one now.

4.99 a month is the most I ever pay ,just renewed for 6 months with taxes and fee I think it is 38.00 .

Until they auto renew you at $18/mo or some such nonsense.

Interesting. I listen to it at least 3 or 4 hours a week and have never heard a repeat song within 3 or 4 days.

OTOH, I'm listening to 5, 6, 7 and 8 but on any given day I'm only on one channel.
