I have a low profile jack that I bought from Harbor Freight many years ago. I have used it on my 350Z and Miata but I may need a lower profile for the Porsche Boxster because you temporarily install a puck on the jack points (about 1 1/4 inch thick) on the car and clearance is already low. I saw a newer low profile jack at Harbor Freight with the Daytona brand name that looks like it will work better. It is rated at 1.5 tons so wouldn't work on heavier vehicles.
