SW Florida, picking up an OuterBanks model this afternoon, black with Black and Tan interior. Was a dealer order that came in and was “sold” twice in 2 days as I looked at it but fell through both times so it’s mine now.

I was looking at a Big Bend and different colors but wasn’t really wanting to wait months and this just kind of fell in my lap so felt like it was meant to be. Coming from a 2019 Chevy Sonic so my 90lb Husky/Malamute mix will be a happy camper with more room to shed all over!!

Looking fwd to being active here and contributing like I have on all my other car forums, but go easy on me this is my transition to Ford from Chevy ?. Owned nothing but Chevy my whole life and this last one was THE LAST ONE!!!!

Got the cargo liner at Amazon (search B08JP87WZR). I looked at a bunch but this one had the closest dimensions and best coverage. Only issue is that you are supposed to attach velcro tape to hold up the sides. I didn't want to do that so I punched 2 grommets into each side and used adjustable bungee cords to attach the sides to the cargo clips. Now the only problem is the cargo light (which is too low to be useful) is blocked.

Hello from NEPA. Picked up our Big Bend in May, first trip next week...Outer Banks. Excited/Nervous. Been reading up on beach driving. Hopefully this will be a success. Forum is excellent and reassuring.

Hello from SoCal. I picked up my fully loaded Badlands on Tuesday. It was the last one available within 100 miles that had the features I wanted . To say I feel fortunate is an understatement.

I joined last night but had been lurking for a week or two trying to educate myself so that I got everything that I needed or wanted. Case in point, I originally was going to forgo getting the tow package right away but some of the posters made it clear that OEM was the best way to go. Thankfully, I headed their advice although it wasn't pointed directly at me.

So thanks to everyone that posts and contributes. Hopefully, I too will have something of value to contribute as I become more familiar with my new pride and joy.

Hello! We had a deposit on an OBX that had been showing the dreaded 11/3 delivery date but I happen to get lucky in finding a Badlands available at a local dealership and we were able to take delivery last night! Looking forward to sharing adventures on this site.
