Replacing the tweeters?

Yeah, there's little bungee cord type things holding the plastic trim to the a pillar so that it doesn't fly in to your face when the airbag deploys. I didn't see an easy way to remove it, though in a couple youtube videos they do appear to remove the entire plastic trim. Maybe I just missed how to disconnect the bungee.
I removed a nut that was holding the bungee thing on. Then the whole pillar will come off.

Another just for reference if people from the future come searching:
This is my powerbass new tweeter with the stock wire and the adapter that comes with the powerbass speakers:

Gives you an idea how long the stock wires are, which wasn't too bad on my non-b&o system.

Also, this was a source of a rattle for me. The plastic on the adapter was tapping something, so I wrapped it in cloth tape and rattle gone.

There are some wider white plastic clips along the very front that you have to really reach in to get. Unfortunately I didn’t get a picture of them.
Also there are two tabs on the front that go around the light sensor. Be careful when removing and make sure to insert them first before snapping all the body clips back in. Or you’ll be like me and pop all the clips back out when you see the front edge not sitting flat.

picture of the front tabs, this is the underside of the trim panel:

Better pic of the alignment of those tabs when re-installing the trim piece:

So I replaced my non B&O speakers and all the doors in my outer banks. I bought new tweeters as well but I can't figure out how to get to them. I started popping up the piece that runs along the front of the dashboard near the windshield. But there are two places at each end that won't pop up easily. And I don't want to pry too hard because I don't want to break it. How do I get to these? Do I have to remove the a pillars? Has anyone done this yet?

I got 4 of the Kicker CSC67. I feel they aren't fiting in the rear door. Is that why you got the JVC? JVC for the rear, Kicker for the front due to fit??

It doesn't help that Sonic Electronix sent me the wrong metra adapter. I'm reaching out to them now.

Do you have the model of the speaker adapter you used for the CSC67?

For everyone who plans to do stuff like this: When you're popping out those dash panels, be careful. The "tower" where the clips snap onto the panel generally have a small plastic cross bar that they grip. It's really easy to snap that off.

Ask me how I know.... cheap plastic $!##!!
Be careful with the Remote door latch clip. When I was pulling it off I snapped the clip off mine. $30 piece of plastic!
