Does the vehicle still show up in your Ford app account?

You may want to try deleting and re-adding it in the app.

I haven't run into that issue. Been using it since 2022

Sorry to hear. I had no issues with programming mine. Have to ask but do you have two working remotes to begin with? Assuming your BS has the remote start option and you have the two working remotes, I wonder if you have the correct remote fob. Mine is a 2025 Badlands and found out that they just changed the remote so I had to order mine. Here is what I had to purchase.
