Mine stopped working also around the time we had some freezing temperatures in Texas.

I took it to Ford today and they said I'll need a new pump. It's on backorder.

Was your front working ? If so they ripped you off only one pump for both front and rear washers. Mine only had a blown fuse number 81 in engine bay fuse block 10 Amp. Pain to get too. it controls rear washer only. all works fine now must have been frozen line or something.

Warranty is covering it but yes, the front works fine. I do not hear anything when I pull it for the rear.

The lady that called to tell me seemed a little off. For the low coolant, she said it was my a/c condenser. I asked what that had to do with coolant and she said it's hard to read but that's what it says, then said "a/c pump, or water pump".

As long as they fix it and I'm not paying for it, they can call it whatever they want.

Yes, if everyone used AI first there would probably be a lot less chatter/clutter in these Threads, on Reddit, Facebook, etc. However, in this case it looks like the OPs problem might be a fuse and the ChatGPT missed it. If the fuse is the problem I can tell ChatGPT that the OP is smarter than it is! Of course, then ChatGPT would remember that, thank us profusely, and add the fuse to it's list of answers so the next person with the same question would get better results. Hope to hear back from the OP.
but then we would have a lot of threads on how to fix what was screwed up because Ai gave the wrong info. when I try use it, it is wrong over 50% of the time so I don't trust it yet.
