Does anyone know of a better quality shock that is availalble for the rear for a sport? I noticed both my rears are blown with 20k miles on the vehicle. I know rough country has them but I didnt want to use those. Cant seem to find anything. Wanted something like the bilstein 4600ś or Kyb monomax.

because they both are blown with 20k miles and zero offroading
Could've just been a bad part from the start. I don't think many people have had issues with their shock going out so quickly.

generally a blown shock means it is leaking oil, not a good thing
BTW you are the first one that I'm aware of.

I would stick with stock. Both the bils or kyb you listed are junk.

No, I do not carry anything extra and no roof rack
Can you be more specific about what you mean by "blown?" The video below describes what to look for to determine if you need to replace your shocks. What are you seeing with your shocks?

Shocks need to be replaced 100%. Shock fluid is leaking. I didnt watch the video but I know about shocks. I didnt want to purchase the OEMś if I already have issues. I havent used the vehicle to explore but plan to start. I was hoping Eibach released coils and something like fox, king, sway a way, etc made something better before I needed to replace.
