Rear Door Protectors for Dogs

Is anyone using rear door protectors similar to the one pictured? My dog loves to stick his head out the window, but I’m starting to get some scratches on the rear doors.

Yes, I’m using something similar- for the same reason. I purchased it from Amazon. I like it… it does the job. I also have a seat protector installed for the back seats.
