Radio Full volume

The other day I got in and started my BS and the radio was on full volume and very distorted. I was able to turn it down but, distortion remained, after cycling and checking settings it returned to normal. I am the only operator of this vehicle, has anyone else had a similar experience? thanks

Check under Settings on the 8” Display if you have Sync 3.4.22251 and if so install Sync 3.4.23188 or later version

There’s other reported reasons for the volume change however.
