When you take your vehicle to the dealer for an issue, I know they drive it to see if it will do what I tell them it's doing. Is it strange or normal that when I took it in the as tank had like two to three bars, but I didn't want to fill it til I picked it up. They had it for a week and when I picked it up it was alwamost full except for one bar.

Well that was mighty nice of them! How much mileage did they put on?

I note mileage in and out for service (the dealer should also do this and note it on the work order - Ford's policy) and I have never had them put on more than 10-15km (6-10m)in testing.

They have never filled my tank....LOL
