I have the Thule Evo bars with 2 Thule UpRide bike mounts. Ive also mounted a 35" flat panel from JCR Off-road between them for added storage.
Notes:
1. Evo bars look great and no wind whistle. They are aluminum and the channel where the bolts slide in place is not strong enough for heavy bikes. I bike pack and my bike (loaded) fell over once because this groove was not strong enough to keep the bike rack upright.
2. The "UpRide" mount is stylish. There are plastic tabs at the rear that keep the straps from sliding off. They suck. One came off and with it went one strap. Another one blew off when a big rig drove passed me on the highway. No matter what you do, you will forget your bikes are up there and you will hit things.
3. Adding the flat plate in the middle is great. I now can mount my rotopax Jerry can somewhere.
