I can definitely feel it. It is the opposite from a smooth V8. Big vibration in steering wheel.
It is exactly what you would think a two cylinder engine would feel like. It goes back to three cylinder running with a small jab of the gas pedal (microseconds). I never mentioned any lack of power, I do not appreciate the vibration (sound and feel). I have no problems with three cylinder running. Its the two cylinder running I dislike.
However, this is not what I asked about. I was wondering (gotta word this carefully or Rugedraw will write me ALL IN CAPS AGAIN) Can anyone with a throttle controller tell me if using it causes cylinder deactivation not to activate, or activate less often, due to the increased throttle input from the controller?
Also, are you still using the throttle controller or did you stop using it? Did you have problems with it? Cheers
