Ordering Accessories from ford.com Site

I tried to order a few parts from ford.com but had an issue selecting "pick-up" from my local dealer. The dealer doesn't show up when I type in the name and city in the dealer finder. I find it odd because I was able to order front and rear splash guards and pick them up from my dealer using the Ford Pass app. The problem is the app has a lot fewer accessories available than ford.com. Shipping from that site is quite expensive so I'm trying to avoid it. Why would shipping to the dealer be available on Ford Pass, but not ford.com?

No logical reason - on Monday you can call the # on the ford.com parts site and have them add your dealership

I’ve had that issue as well In the past. It’s usually an issue with website. I’m sure your dealer is in the system. Now, that being said, not all dealers will accept parts delivery or agree to the installation prices set by Ford Accessory group.

Well, I figured out how to make it work. I had to look up the part numbers in accessories and go to parts to place the order. For some reason, the dealer finder in parts finds my dealer while the dealer finder in accessories will not. Weird.
