You need to buy a transit license from Iowa that gives you approximately 45 days to register in your state. You pay your taxes in your state when you register. Be warned, my tax payment was audited by my state because it was so much lower than typical cars of that make and model. Opps, they must not of heard of Granger’s good deals either.
