Has anyone else had any problems with putting a nudge bar onto their 2022 bronco sport?? I have an outer banks and I was told it would interfere with the front sensors on the car… is this true? Are there any go-to alternatives to the nudge bar?

That is always the warning in all of Ford's literature. I was therefore reluctant, but my Rough Country nudge bar works perfectly with all of the front sensors.

It will unfortunately block the camera. This nudge bar will not interfere with the sensors and will not block the forward facing camera. https://fordrangerlifts.com/shop/ols/products/nudge-bar-light-bar
I looked at the product at the link. The options are a bit confusing. It appears the only way to get D-ring mounts is to purchase one of the light mount options. Is it possible to get just the nudge bar with D-ring mounts--no light mounts?

Can you provide more detail on this statement in the description:

Also options for recovery points and extra bracket bracing Available upon request.
Does this mean I need a different nudge bar than that pictured if I intend to use the provided D-rings as recovery points?

I have a Badlands, which comes with recovery hooks. From the description, it sounds like this nudge bar uses the same bracketry the OE recovery hooks mount to. Would it be possible to see the installation instructions to get a better understanding of how this nudge bar uses the OE bracketry?

Uses the four most forward bolt holes from the factory. Most people want light tabs on a light bar/nudge bar. I can build without light tabs if you like. It’s an easy DIY install.

This partially answers one of my questions. You're saying I can get the nudge bar with only D-ring mounts--no light tabs. Is this included in the price listed on the site?

The other questions you didn't answer:

Assuming I have a Badlands model with the additional welded bracketry for the OE recovery hooks, do I need the "recovery points and extra bracket bracing" you mentioned to use the nudge bar for recovery operations? If so, what is the increased cost?

As far as I know, the OE recovery hooks on the Badlands trim use a single bolt and nut through brackets that are welded on the unibody. Does this nudge bar bolt to the same location? Which specific bolt holes are you referring to? If I may be allowed to see the installation instructions it would likely answer all my questions.

if you have 360+ it will interfere with front sensor for lane centering and the auto cruise control, i have outer banks but dont have 360 plus. just lane keep which uses windshield sensor so no issues

We just installed Rough Country's nudge bar and 4" round lights on my 23 outer banks. I have NO front tow hooks and NO sensors in the front grill. I have no issues and no dash lights. Looks AMAZING!!
My husband did the installation and it takes a bit of work! He wasn't thrilled.
But it looks so good ?

Only negative for me is the wiring harness on lights is visible slightly....and I'm not a fan.
Could be a little different, but may affect radiator.

I would 100% go with this nudge bar from Rough Country.

We also have installed rough country nerf bars ( running boards ) and the roof racks from Ford......and Ford's wind deflectors. Hmmmm......anything else I can ask my hubs to put on here? He isn't a fan of this vehicle ?
