Hi,
I have had my 2022 Bronco Sport Outer Banks in at the dealer four times related to an intermittent noise coming from what I think is the top corner of the windshield on the passenger side for the last two months. For some more context, the windshield was replaced in September 2022. Because of the intermittent nature of the noise, the dealer said that they were unable to hear it consistently enough to address the issue. I have weeks worth of videos of the noise which they have seen, but still no progress. The dealer made small "fixes" under the hood as an attempt to fix it by zip tying the windshield washer fluid tube to something because they thought it was flapping. I pointed out to them that it seemed that the sealant at the top of the windshield on the passenger side did not extend as far as the driver side and that the roof rail appears cracked near where it meets the glass and I can wiggle it with my hand unlike the driver side. They claimed that they looked at a BS on their lot and said it looks similar so stopped investigating the windshield.
At this point, I am very frustrated. I have now decided to take the car back to the dealer I purchased it from, they were also the dealer that replaced the windshield. Essentially, I am looking for some guidance on how to get this issue fixed. This will be the 5th trip into the shop and I seem to be getting nowhere and don't want the same process to repeat at the dealer I purchased it from. I have attached two videos of the car making the noise to perhaps get some advice. The first is just the windshield making the noise as I drive. The second is me simply tapping the glass where you can hear the noise being made, again due to the intermittent nature, sometimes when I touch the glass this does not happen.
Because of the file size, I have attached them to a google drive folder: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1K7Q6pT2qM_UH7f-odMFR1fcvHodd2c1B?usp=sharing
Any and all guidance to navigating this issue would be much appreciated.
