Just installed the bushings. There was a useful install video I used from Damond ().
All in all, pretty straight forward once I got the right parts (7mm hex drill bit, anti-sieze, brake grease). I'm in pacific northwest so had minimal corrison after 4 years which helped.

So far no moan noise, fingers crossed it's gone forever.

Hello! Send us a private message with your VIN and the name and location of your local Ford dealer. I’d be happy to see what I can do to assist with this concern. Thanks!

I think my new 2025 BSBB does this sometimes. Never when it's really cold, only moderately cold, and I brake pedal is not touched. Seemingly only in the mornings, but now it hasn't done it for a while. Sounds like a low howl from the back end.

Not uncommon. Mine does this occasionally. It only lasts a foot or two at most. Even my 2020 Soul did it. I checked with the dealer, and the TSB for "rear brake moan" only covers builds prior to May or June of '25 IIRC.

Mine is a '21 with almost 60k miles, has moaned nearly every morning since new when high humidity (which is often). I had ford dealor twice do ford's fix while under warranty to no avail. Seems fixed now with the Damond bushings installed on rear.
