Have same vehicle (2023) with Continental tires. I’ve never had hood vibrations, nor muted thumping at any speed. I have heard occasional wind noise , appears to be from the roof rack area but only rarely (suspect could be due to wind direction or intensity). Ask to drive a similarly equipped Bronco and see how it compares.

Also keep in mind , when the Dragon motor engages eco mode (2 cyl mode) you may experience a low drone when under load , what I liken to is that low frequency sound of an Airbus A320 engine spooling up before pushback. If you are sensitive to very low frequency sounds, that’s what might be bugging you. Very low frequencies do cause vibrations. Having said that in my experience this happens infrequently with my Sport.

I have a Big Bend - mine is pretty quiet at highway speeds, but I have a 70mile roundtrip commute on a highway with a 60mph speed limit - so I am usually running just under 70. My hood does flap a bit sometimes, but not enough to bother me. No noises like you describe. The factory continentals are not very good tires ( I am still running them) - they hydroplane on water more than any tire I can remember having - and are terrible in snow. I have a bit over 30k on them and will be replacing them this fall as the tread is quite worn.

I'm with you TJ. These Continental tires are awful. I wish mine would hurry up and wear out so I could justify replacing them. Based on my experience with Falkens on my Expedition, I suspect that is what we will be putting on our BSBL.

Tire pressure is something we check with every vehicle. When the vehicles are loaded up for shipping, the tire pressure is way over what it should be. We have had some 15 over. When those aren't check, there is for sure some vibration. Hopefully you find out what the issue is!
