Judging by the size of the head, you might be really lucky and it didn’t actually penetrate the tread. I might remove it in the Costco parking lot and see if I was a winner <lol>.
I have a flat fix kit, only thing is, it's been in the car since 2021 idk if he glue any good now. Used it once to fix a coworkers flat that's about it. My tires are new just got them last month sucks that this Happened so soon.

I'm guessing that screw hasn't penetrated deeply, the repair is straight forward regardless. I'm not a Fix-a-flat fan, too many downsides for very short term gain. On the bright side, are those Michelin CrossClimate 2 tires? I had a set on my CX-5 Sig and they were the best all around tire I've ever owned. Not a good choice with off roading in mind, but great for all else.

Yeah I got this one a month into a brand new set of Michelin Primacy Tour back in the spring. Tires came with a road hazard warranty but didn’t find out until after the repair when I went to do a claim that they want pictures of the repair with the tire off the rim or the claim is automatically rejected. So this repair came out of my pocket.

The pireilli scorpion were sold out and they couldn't give me a date for restock so I went with the crossclimate 2 since they were in the shop.

I got lucky. Everything was covered under warranty and when they popped the screw out there was no leak so nothing had to be done
