If you're in "central fl" and got up that high, you most likely went over the "Lake Wales Ridge".

We're very serious about our few feet here, few feet there elevation in Florida. In fact, I plan on moving out of Miami eventually, and probably to this ridge, if I stay in Florida. It might be the only safe place out of floodzones in 40 or so years.
That’s where we were. Citrus Hills, in Citrus County, to pin it down a little closer. Great time there. I enjoyed the more rural feel. Plenty of golf, a very short drive (15 mins) to Crystal River for kayaking and a host of other outdoor activities. Fun stuff.

No wonder my gas mileage sucks here in Central Illinois. I did an 8 mile run today and the highest terrain change was 32 feet. I could only see corn for 3 miles when I was in the valley instead of the usual 7! :giggle:

Just finished a weekend trip to from Southern CT to Bucks County PA and back. I was very impressed with the mileage on my 2023 BS in Heritage trim. Wasn’t expecting these sorts of numbers, even with the vast majority being highway driving at 65mph+

When I fill up and calculate the mileage, I’m actually expecting a bit lower mpg, but even 34+ mpg seems to be a very decent number.
