Did anybody get a manual or manual insert for the B&O sound system?

YES... I’m having great difficulties getting modem info, etc...
Doesn't seem like there's a suppliment included with the owners manual just for the B&o system. It seems like everything you 'need' to know w/ respect to the modem and other features are in the regular owners manual. I do know however, that if you are having an issue re: something to do with connecting to Ford Pass, you can call Ford and they have a team that can assist you through the technical aspects of setting it up if the manual doesn't help.
