My '22 BS/OB developed a shudder at very low speed - less than 5 MPH, around 18K miles. Lived with it as I also had a bad RDU . RDU was replaced, shudder still there. Took to dealer for regular service, at 22K miles, so I paid for transmission fluid replacement. I don't drive much so I reach maintenance intervals based on time not mileage. The fluid was original, so replaced at 43 months. Service guide says 36 months or 48K miles. I spoke to shop transmission expert, and he said very low speed shudder is not likely the torque convertor. I asked about anti-shudder potions and he said they are a band-aid. Great if you are planning to sell the car in a week.
Tech also updated PCM..related to recall 25S76....Leaky injectors. .
Result? After a couple of weeks, It does seem better. The shudder is not so obvious. My previous ride was a Flex, and I miss the smooth, effortless power of that car. The BS is OK for power, but I would never call it smooth and effortless.
Analysis.. Is transmission really that sensitive to the age of the fluid.? I am a geezer...never abused the car.

I had shuddering in stop and go traffic at 10mph and 18mph (at low rpm)... got a new transmission and torque converter, and it was slightly better for a week and now back to usual shuddering. 🥲 I don't know what to do anymore.

Has anyone had long-term success with Lubegard? Like thousands of miles with no shudder?
I am very reluctant to put a non-Ford additive in a vehicle that is still under warranty. Don't want the dealer to void my warranty because I used it.

My 2021 BS Outer Banks has made these noises since new, has 22,000 miles now. dealer tried a fix consisting of a hose and new fluid? that helped for a while now back to the 24-mph shutter and when making a slow right turn sounds like a flat tire.

See latest TSB for the issue in which RDU parts are installed - because it sounds like you have the (failed) RDU issue
