Ever have the itch to go off roading but don’t have the time to commit to at least a half day? The Desert Foothills Scenic Drive in Scottsdale offers an in-city, off-roading experience. Even better is to go right after it rains as there will be some nice puddles to splash through.
If you haven’t been, I’d recommend going slow the first few times around as there are some occasional dumpers causing hazards. Also, it will allow you to figure out a route for repeated run throughs at a higher speed. There’s a few dips, some sharp bends, roundabouts, and close quarter driving by shrubbery. Oh, and plenty of mature saguaros to admire.
It's a fun little drive around, especially if it’s rained, to get your Bronco Sport dirty!
