I bought my BB Sport March 5, 2022.

I have had it in the shop for…

recall dip tube update 15k m

faulty seat belt sensor 15k m

In January, a cracked formed in the engine block and they replaced the entire engine 16k

This week with 17k m (1k m on the replacement engine), I suffered what was diagnosed as a cylinder misfire, so it’s in the shop again.

Advice on how the lemon law works and what makes me eligible and is it possible to get a new replacement car from Ford?

In Florida, you have to give a dealer 3 attempts to fix the same fault. In your case, you might have two related with the engine block crack and now a cylinder misfire (doubtful though).

Maybe the dealership will offer you a buyback deal? I've heard that others have done this.

There are almost certainly attorneys specializing in Lemon Law for your state. Your best bet is to consult with one. Most will offer a free initial consult to determine if you have a case worth pursuing.

Doubtful with what you describe. As stated above by Bucko you need to give the dealer 3 try's to fix the same problem. The cylinder misfire could be a number of things, & the recall doesn't qualify.

Thanks for the feedback. I thought there was something about if the vehicle was in the shop 30+ days, it fit the criteria. I’m just nervous that if I have had this a many issues in the first 2 years, I’m going to be in trouble after my warranty expires. Previous car was a pre owned Hyundai that ran for 11 years with zero problems outside general maintenance.
