If it was working and now isn’t, it would be worth asking the dealer to do some research to see if an update or a sensor glitch is to blame.

This happened to me this week. Nothing worked until I locked the BS, pressed the double click trunk open button, opened the hatchback and then closed it. Locked to test and the thing works again
