my dealer reached out to his Ford rep who reached out to another guy… who reached out to another guy… who is supposed to reach out to another guy…. ( get the picture?) then the chain reverses. Feels like that game where you wonder what the original message will sound like when it finally comes to me at the end of the line??‍

Oh man. I know that lonely feeling being the last on the chip hold but I can’t understand this whole process and why mine shipped right away and yours didn’t. Makes no sense at all. I am sorry….I want your bronco headed home to you now!!

Help! Confused, annoyed just unsure. What does “hold awaiting placement” mean? I’ve been tracking this for a week, wrote down all the different stops. It’s suppose to be at final rail tonight. This status through me off so I called FoCo, he said my car is still in Nogales & hasn’t left! Expected arrival is Sept 14-20.

Just curious, I thought the GOAT mode dial was labeled…

Goats modes not labeled as you turn dial mode shows in dash display. Badlands has buttons around dial that are labeled.

@Jenbeth . Do you know if you can follow the Norfolk Southern tracking all the way to the last rail yard? Mine is in Illinois but just says departed Illinois and has not updated for a while. I am wondering if mine switched to different train BNSF to get up here to Minnesota as it looks like ford goes up to dilsworth, mn on BNSF according to the auto loading and unloading facilities sheet.

I didn’t notice the rubber flooring being wrinkled, but will check it out. I do think the panel under the glove box is missing. I shouldn’t be able to feel a wire/cable under there, should I? Also, there isn’t insulation under the hood, should there be?

The Passenger panel does not cover up any of the wiring. It really does nothing than add a bit of insulation under the fan motor. The wiring to the right rear is still exposed.

I don't know if the OB comes with the hood insulation or not. I would have expected it to given this is targeted as the more luxury version.

Yes, that’s what I did. It won’t update unless it arrives or departs a rail yard, or passes through a scanner point. It also lags, so you might check it an hour from now and it will tell you that but arrived somewhere new at 10:00 AM.

Ok. Thank you. It said at 5:10 am this morning it departed ALS connection, Illinois and I just checked again and it says the same thing. It just seemed like it should have changed by now.

So yours is still in Mexico? Or your saying the tracker tells you it's in Mexico but Ford tells you it's at a junction point?

Mine is railcar # TTGX715777 carrier is Ferrocarril Mexicano S.a De C.v. location is Nogales, AZ according to Ford chat this morning. Not understanding why it is not a US carrier yet. I don't see a rail yard in Nogales, AZ on the map. I has been there for several days. I was told by the dealer it is waiting there to be sent to Oklahoma City.

Did you try to track yourself on one of these numbers? I have had the best luck on Norfolk Southern.
