This is the first vehicle I've bought in the past 22 years that has been just for me! Everything has always been cost, gas mileage, enough room for carseats, kids and their friends..... I don't mind waiting just give me an update!! Let me know something! Not knowing anything is killing me lol

Dealer just responded with this…

Ford Bronco Sport July 2022 Waiting Room 9B81F938-C952-47B9-82A9-84D5D12B9B4C
If the plant Maintenace time has caused a dark period of Ford production and shipping communication system, then Ford system may not know cars has been shipped until when the cars gets to another check in point.

I hope the trucking company gets a notice from the railroad or else it will be a surprise when cars show up in the yard and no truck to schedule to pick up

my dealer said the cars is not here yet and they don’t have any updated info other than the car was built.

we keep our fingers crossed.

That’s impossible when you have modules and you have been told it’s built. Your Ford Pass is even connected. I think that agent had not too many with lunch. ?

I guess it’s safe to say. The agents really don’t know what’s going on. If yours was “still in production” and said all the stuff it does. I’d give up hope on mine ever getting done. ?

I was given the number to marketing. “Alan,” with his DJ/salesperson voice gave me the same information we are all getting (in production-produced, check the tracker, check with your dealer). I explained the situation with all the July “builds” being stuck in limbo, no information for 20+ days, vehicles built in June all shipped and arriving to owners with pictures posted on this forum.

I continued to push and wouldn’t let him give me a bunch of BS to get me off the line. I told him there is no reason in today’s day and age that someone can’t contact the Hermosillo plant by phone or email and figure out what in the hell is going on with our vehicles. He finally forwarded me to (what I later found out was) the Customer Relations Center. I had to explain everything all over again, including the fact that I’m now being told my vehicle isn’t even built yet. I emphasized that it defies logic that nobody from FoMoCo is able to contact the Hermosillo plant to find out what is going on. I also explained the FordPass thing (to Alan from marketing, too). She said, “Huh, that doesn’t make sense.” I told her I KNOW THAT ALREADY.

Long story not so very short, she filed a formal complaint for me. I have a case number and should (ho guarantee) be contacted by someone higher up than any of the people we’ve been speaking with.

In other words, a whole lot of nothing.

Yours will probably get done and shipped before we ever hear back from anybody and well before the rest of us.

What a joke! This is what Ford Chat told me today:

"Megan: I do show here that your Bronco has been produced as of July 4th. The ETA is July 25th-July 31st. If you don't yet have the following resources available, please bookmark https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking and you can track your vehicle."

We were in the same 1718 run on the 4th. I'm still hoping they have all already shipped!

Anything else defies logic.

That seems to be the way things roll down there.
Yeah none of it makes sense. I still have no modules and no production date… on my order track app it says estimated time in status is 23 days and 11 hours… i hope that is not right.

Hopefully what ever log jam or mishaps are going on get ironed out and these July 4'th units get shipped. Usually when they get stuck at plant long term like my '21 was it gets a note on the dealer's Visibilty Report as to what the hold up is and an ETA several months out.

From a former lot rot survivor my advice is try to focus on something else like hobby, job, home project, or something. Otherwise this lack of information uncertainty black hole can drive you crazy....
