Everybody on here, if you haven’t already, update your signature (found when you click on you username on the menubar) to include the details of your order and statuses. Maybe we can find a common thread as to why people who ordered after us were built before us, etc.

My first plan of action tomorrow is call my dealer and ask them to check especially if they are supposed to “ know more then Ford Customer Relations”
Usually only a couple ppl at dealer can access that report. So might need sales manager or some other high up person to give Visibility Report status. That is the best source of status Ford can provide and dealer has the access.

Do you know how to check if your modules are live (means your vehicle’s systems have been installed/initiated). If you haven’t checked that, go to the menu on this site and select “tracker.” It just needs the same order number and VIN that used to look up your vehicle on the Ford Tracker.
So I just checked this...and honestly pardon my ignorance have 0 idea what any of this means. BCE modules have a bunch of numbers and codes listed below. The PCM has nothing listed below. Hope this is good.

It means your Sport has been powered on for the first time.

Yes, nobody has PCM (not just us July people, even those who already have their vehicles). I have no clue what the numbers mean except that they mean the car made it through the production line. Remind me what the date is that is listed under “InProduction” on your tracker?

while we're playing detective.. when you look at the top/right side of your Window Sticker, what is your "run" number? For example, mine was 1718.

So yours was built the day after mine, still in a holding pattern with nobody in the air traffic control tower. I’m hoping to hear something either from you (because your delivery date has past) or from my customer service complaint from today. They asked how I wanted to be contacted, and as much as I want to speak with someone on the phone about this for a direct back and forth discussion, I am going to a work conference tomorrow and can’t guarantee I will be able to answer the call. I requested email communication and wonder if I should have requested SMS text.

Since Jenbeth's app is showing her car in NE or KS, I'm on the optimistic side and thinking your cars have been shipped and the system just hasn't updated. It is painful that they can't give you any better info.

Mine doesn't have moonroof. The Convenience and Tow Package, although.
I know the tow package can hold things up, it was recommended to have it added on later to avoid delay, but I don’t have that so it isn’t the common factor. So far all I can see we have in common is the month of July.
