Just tracked with CSX it‘s in KC! Have a hunch it may be showing up early! Hope I get a heads up, need to book a hotel room!

Same here!! My family told me to not get too excited when it showed as “awaiting shipment” on 8/23. They were right. I definitely feel a little less stressed about it though!Well, I’m still in the “awaiting shipment” queue. ( since 8/24) Not long in the scheme of things at all, but I know others have had such a quick turnabout. A different place to wait. I think once I know it’s on the rail, I’m not going to track like a few have mentioned. Time to distress about it then….. ? maybe… I’ll try…. Try really hard… oh who am I kidding!
It seems Ford's estimates are basically for a radius. Almost every estimate I've seen across the entire nation and most of Canada is 4-6 weeks. Of the 3 vehicles I know of that arrived in my area (Seattle-ish) two took 21 days and mine took 23. All had the 4-6 week estimate for shipping. It's like when the kids asked how much longer and I always answered 20 minutes.Have a hunch it may be showing up early!
You should go sit at the salesman’s desk and stare at him! Don’t say a word … just stare at him.Mine is sitting 10 miles away because only the sales manager has access to any information or can do anything and he’s off for the weekend. TriCounty Ford in Buckner KY has pathetic customer service and communication practices.
Yeah, “in production “ is my least favorite phrase. It’s getting real old.And I am still sadly in production still. Feels like I am never getting out. I am trying to just go about my weekend and not stress. Easier said then done unfortunately. I think once it is built and shipped I will not watch as much. Then at least I know it will be on its way.
Car number stays the same. Keep following it. Also, mine stayed in St. Louis/Madison for almost five days, so don’t get discouraged if it doesn’t move for a while. It moved to Madison and I got excited until I realized it is part of the whole Interchange there.Been tracking mine, it’s at the interchange in St. Louis, IL. I’m curious, if it changes trains here, does the rail car number change or is it still the same? I’d assume it stays the same since Union Pacific has the final destination in New Jersey when I call.
Thanks, yeah mine did the same. It arrived two days earlier than expected, but has been sitting there those two days. It also moved to Madison, like yours.Car number stays the same. I think once you hit St. Louis that UP gives the estimated arrival date for when that car returns to UP. If you think about it, you’re tracking the rail car, not your car. I kept tracking mine past Shelbyville because I never got a notification that it stopped there as a final destination and I wanted to make sure it had definitely been there. Then I realized they aren’t giving me information about my car and when it will arrive anywhere, it was telling me about the rail car and, for UP, when it would arrive at the UP interchange. Notice that NS doesn’t give you an ETA, just tells you when it arrives, departs, or passes a place where they send a signal that it has passed, I can’t remember what they call it, but sometimes it will say a city name with a word after it. It doesn’t actually stop there, but a signal is sent out. Thanks, yeah mine did the same. It arrived two days earlier than expected, but has been sitting there those two days. UP did give an estimate for its arrival in New Jersey, September 2nd. So hopefully it’ll stay on track for that! Ford told me September 22nd for my delivery date. Who knows how long the trucking process will take once it hits the railroad off-ramp.
I haven’t been watching it. Once it got on its way I’ve just been waiting for the dealer to call and say “come get it”. Hopefully by middle of September we’ll be bringing it home.@MotaBike Mike I'm not sure if your tracking yours but mine arrived in Dallas this morning both shipped at the same time
