HVAC fan buzzing?

Just picked up a new to me ‘25 BS Badlands w/Sasquatch and Badlands tech package, 6k miles. Didn’t realize during the test drive but driving around today the interior fan for the heating system has a constant buzz/whine/noise that increases/decreases frequency as you adjust the speed. Even on low speed it’s a constant noise… anyone have this going on?

That’s not right, likely a defective fan

If you're not covered by warranty (generally easy to replace, but I've never looked on the BS): Blower Motor, JX6Z-19805-D, MSRP $387.27, Online $223.65
Blower Motor & Fan for 2025 Ford Bronco Sport | Parts Apple Ford White Bear Lake (maybe cheaper somewhere else too). Cheers!

I dug into it a bit and it does seem relatively easy to RNR... I'll reach out to the dealer I bought it from about a warranty repair and go from there. Thanks for the help!

Tap your AUTO button on the HVAC controls so that only a single light is lit. This is the lowest fan speed.

If you live in an area that has mice or other vermin they may have gotten into the HVAC system. In any case I think that the buzzing noise would be covered under the 36 month warranty.

Pull out the HVAC Cabin Air Filter and check it hasn't been chewed on.
