The basic warranty is 3/36 extended warranties go from there depending on how much you want to spend.

If you get the Ford Gold certified Used vehicle warranty the power train goes to 7 years/100,000 miles. It should be safe to assume that Ford vehicles should last that long or whatever percentage of failures they can get away with.

Curious (and you obviously don't have to answer) but did you purchase the extended warranty?

My ‘21 Badlands is about to hit 92K miles. There have been some issue (squeaky rear brakes, rough shifting since day 1, some interior rattles), but by keeping up on basic maintenance like oil changes, cabin / air filters, new tires, new brakes, etc, I’ve avoided any major headaches. My biggest concern is the transmission finally biting the dust.

According to the Wiki page for the Ford 8f(35/40) transmission the maximum torque capacity is 260 # ft. The Eco-Boost 2.0 in the Badlands makes 277 # ft (Ford). The odds aren't in the transmission's favor for longevity unless you drive gently all the time.
Hey Mike are you an Amiga guy?

Hello all,

So I own a 2021 Bronco Sport and as many of you have I just received yet another recall. I am at about 46,000 miles and I am losing faith that the vehicle will be good to keep after 60,000 miles when the warranty is done and am considering trading it in.

How long do we realistically think these things can go?

Thanks

Our PD has 5 cruisers 4 with 150 K and 1 with 180 All have their org.PTU's they are serviced every 22-25K using 75W-85 oil not repeat not the 75W-140 Ford recommends. and the 2.0L oil is changed
every 3500- 4000 miles still going strong so if you maintain yours properly who knows how long they will last.FYI all oil samples are sent to Blackstone for detail analysis.
