My favorite thing about all of you folks is that you share the same passion for your Sports as I do. I'm curious to see what your absolute favorite modifications to your Sport are. Pictures are encouraged, especially if your mods are DIY or super unique! I'll show you mine if you show me yours.

For me, it's been the little things. I haven't wanted to add anything too permanent that can't be removed and added to my ordered Badlands. Unfortunately it's bye bye fender flares and decals when the time comes, but the flares came as part of my purchase deal anyway! Not a huge loss. I've already got a more permanent list going for my Badlands, including LED lit "Bronco" bumper lettering, tinted windows, and some meaner tires. My current Big Bend mods include:
  • Mountain decals, cargo windows and above Ford logo
  • Airdesign Fender Flares
  • Mud flaps
  • Thule Evo roof bars and Thule Canyon XT rack
  • Screen protector for infotainment screen
  • Rear seat cover for the dog
  • Ford OEM rubber floor mats

Funny. I just checked the product page and it literally does not list a length. I bought them off Facebook Marketplace for way cheaper and the woman told me she bought them directly off the Ford Accessories site, so they're definitely the ones shown. I can whip out the 'ol tape measure after work if it would be helpful.

Ah, the Ford ones. I believe they are 53" which is what I would have guessed by the overhang of about 2 inches each side on the front. Last week I almost pulled the trigger on the bars/feet when they were on sale for a total of less than $400. I balked, and now they're nearly $600.

This isn't the best picture, but I put some collapsible boxes under the shelf and a cargo net in back. I took the pic just to show my wife how the kite fit.

I may pull the boxes and store them in the garage for any specifically needed situations and put this elastic net between the tie downs in the back to secure things in the cargo area.

Do you have a screen protector on yours now? I’m curious if it’s needed or if it works well enough. I’m one to put a screen protector on every screen, but I’d hope the screens are good enough to withstand use in the car.

I do. Was the first thing I put on the Sport. For less than $20, this thing was worth having. I don't even have a screen protector on my phone, but I'm jumping out of my vehicle, quickly grabbing a purse with metal doodads on it, and that unwieldy purse might bump into the screen. I'd rather just protect it and not worry about scratches.

I’ve gotta say probably my favorite mod I have done has to either be installing a trailer hitch for my bike rack or the 1.5 inch lift from hrg, of course paired with bigger a/t tires. I’ve done rubber floor mats and a roof rack. I think next on the agenda is gonna be window tint on the front and then probably some kind of stealth car camping setup in the back.

Lift and wheels but I'm really liking the light bar and light set up I installed.

The lift does so much for the overall look. Just a lot more stocky and capable looking. Light bar does look beautiful though.

It is a Rally Innovations light bar for the BS. The lights are ss1's from Diode Dynamics. Two inner ones are pro spots with amber back lights and the two outer ones are pro wides with the amber back lights. I made a custom bracket to mount them. They are small but very powerful and not street legal, the back lights are awesome and the reason I picked them.
