Today was the shortest day of the year meaning less daylight hours; combine that with the typical gray winter day in Rochester (NY) meant that driving the wife home from dialysis we were in some slower traffic, even in the fast lane. Moved up behind him; nothing. Flashed the lights to either speed up or move over and, WOW! It's like you light up the whole car in front like you were a State Trooper! They are bright lights, no fooling.

Wished I had lights like this years ago. Our 2022 Honda Pilot can't even compare to the Sport's light output.

The lights were the first safety feature I was grateful for after moving up from my 2013 Hyundai Accent. I was always terrified to drive at night because the Hyundai's headlights are truly awful and the car was so low to the ground, I could never see much in the dark. Ford did a wonderful job with the headlights on the Sport and I'm never afraid to go out late anymore. The auto brights are also a godsend.

I’m very happy with the lighting on the Bronco. I like the cornering lights, the auto feature including the brights. The LED’s are a great color compared to old Halogens and the auto brights work great for me. Perhaps the only negative is the placement of the knob. I’ve accidentally turned mine to on getting in or out. Thankfully the Sport is smart enough to turn them off after 15 minutes. Maybe it knows it doesn’t have the best battery in the world!

I too, am pleased. In rural areas, on poorly striped roads and in bad weather - they almost turn night into day. I really didnā€˜t know what I was missing.

My 22 Expedition and my 21 Silverado also have LED with a combination of reflector/projector styles. They are both very good. But I think the Bronco Sport’s are superior. I also think the BS headlight housing assembly is more complex… they are out there buzzing in the garage right now.
What could go wrong? !

I drove my '07 Superduty in the dark last month, and was amazed by how yellow and dim the headlights are on the old beast. I've been spoiled by the Sport. But, I'm pretty sure I can afford to replace the headlights on my F-250, but I'm not too sure about the Sport.

I have an appointment next week to replace my windshield for $840. Wow.
