Front camera wash leaking

In the past few months my First Edition has been leaking more and more from the front camera wash port. I had seen some forums saying that maybe the tank was building up pressure so I even tried driving around with the cap off, but it's still happening. I can come out of work and there would be a puddle on the ground under the grille. Thoughts on what else would be causing this?
