Ford Security Package

Got a 2025 BS Balands Sasquatch in April. The other day on my Ford Pass App I noticed an offer to activate a years trial of this service. After the year it is $7.99/month. The package includes Theft Alerts, 24/7 Stolen Vehicle Hotline, Start Inhibit (you can disable the vehicle), Stolen Vehicle Recovery, and $2,500 insurance deductible reimbursement.

Anyone have any thoughts on this? Thanks!

Website doesn't mention Bronco Sport, only F series trucks so must be new on BS' maybe only for 25 model year. I would look into additional insurance discounts if you take the package. Looks like you can cancel anytime so if you do take it for the trial period and don't like it, you can cancel before being charged. The website says the trial period starts with the new car warranty start date so it looks like your trial period would be less than a year?

Yes - when I looked it up I found the same thing as you. I guess they must have just rolled it out for the new Bronco Sports as it only appeared on my Ford Pass app a few days ago. Not sure when the year would start.

Hmmm…I don’t have that option in the Ford Pass on my Badlands. Wonder if it’s a slow roll out.
