I just installed this accessory yesterday and am surprised how much I like it already.

I've had my 26 BSBL six months and was waiting for this box to show up "in stock" on the website. I have zero interest in mounting cameras, phone mounts, etc., etc., in that space. I like the robust construction (for a plastic part), the utility of modest extra storage space, the dampened opening hinge, and design esthetics. Its fit is seamless and the lid's pleasing graphics are similar to that found on the rear wiper motor housing. With the discount code it came in at a skosh over $78 delivered to my dealer. We'll see if it holds up

Out of curiosity, what would you put in there. Where I am the sun can get that area pretty hot. I have not used the regular space for that reason. I like the idea of the box, but wonder how I would use it. I imagine it would still get pretty hot in the box - not a good place for sunglasses.

I've got my folding knife and empty eyeglass case/cleaning cloth in there now. Probably will add a small pack of tissues? The removable rubber pad keeps things from moving much. Not sure what will end up there. It's not large but does make use of the large depression in the dash. I considered the heat factor and likely won't put anything there that would suffer in that environment. My BS is garaged except when on the road/camping.

I have a 2026 Ford Bronco Sport Big Bend, and the dashboard storage tray did not come with the USB ports, do anyone know if I can add either a Ford or aftermarket accessory to get USB ports on the tray ?

Yep, I picked it up over a month ago when they first released it. I love how it looks OEM. Both USB-C ports are easily accessible and the tray has notches for cords to exit the tray when the lid is closed. The rubber mat at the bottom is removable for easy cleaning. The spring loaded "Soft Open" lid is a nice touch as well.

No, there is no Ford Kit or aftermarket kit available. You fabricate something up, with a full afternoon of labor and creativity.

According to Ford, all trims of the '26 BS have the BYOD ports in the tray as Standard Equipment.

I've got this exact tray sitting in my cart on Amazon, I've been debating on pulling the trigger on it. It. It seems like it would add an extra amount of storage to that little pocket that I currently just have my pair of oakleys sitting in right now in a rigid sunglass case and my USB cable comes down from my dash, cam and plugs in. That's all I have in there right now because it pretty much limits the amount of room. This looks like it would provide about 50 or 60% more storage space. I'm glad that you say that it fits perfectly. That's one thing I'm wondering because you can't always trust the images on those Amazon ads LOL.
