Felt liner replacement??

The felt liner on my 25 BS Badlands w/Sasquatch pckg, got torn by something that fell off another vehicle on the highway, I went off-roading shortly after and it got worse. I cut off the piece that was dragging and now it’s tearing more. I don’t really want to cables and such exposed but don’t want to replace with another felt liner. It’s on the driver’s side but more under the driver and rear seating area. What have you all found to replace that?

It’s unfortunately not a space where there are holes for that. It’s in the middle of that section of liner.

Thank you, I did see that but I wasn’t sure which side it went to. And it’s almost 600 dollars why are hobbies so expensive…haha

I def thought about this for sure. Heard of a few other BS owners getting custom bull bars from fab shops.

The HRG Offroad Mid Skid Plate “protects the EVAP charcoal canister (and some piping) on 2021-2026 Ford Bronco Sport” so it’s installed in place of the felt you posted was torn on your Sasquatch

On my Badlands, above the felt is a metal plate which offers some protection

You might take a look if there is a metal plate above the felt on your vehicle

I looked, and I’ll have to see if I can get another picture but there is a cable exposed right where the tear is unfortunately
