Favorite Ford Dealer in Northern CA

Hi,

Who is your favoirte dealer who you trust for all things Ford. I am looking to trade in my Bronco Sport Outer Banks 2022 for a full size Bronco and can not go through anything near what I expereinced when originally buying the car. Looking for honest dealer. All opinions and comments welcomed!

I had a good experience with Walnut Creek Ford. My Badlands was pre ordered and when other dealers were marking them up, they sold it to me for MSRP with $500 mfg cash back. Then they gave me 0% financing without asking. Different times in 2021 for sure, but I'd go back to them again. Their service department seems mostly competent and well organized, although I've never had any major work done there.

Big Valley Ford in Stockton has been my go-to since Tom Hillier Ford in Escalon closed. Their service dept. has been reliable, and I was told they sell at MSRP and offer whatever discounts are available at the time. They were offering Ford employee discounts to everyone, I'm not sure if that's still going on.

I ordered my OB in 2022 through Bill Brandt Ford in Brentwood and I feel like they took care of me. There was no dealer mark ups, they applied whatever deals were available and they held my quoted price when the sticker on the car was higher when it was delivered.

The service department has always taken care of recalls and TSB’s, some without my asking, and either gave me a loaner or a ride home and back.

I’m planning on buying a BL once I know what the 2026 will offer and I’ll buy from Brandt again.
