I get 32 MPG that's the best I get so far, when driving in town and highway I get 30-29 depends on how I'm drivingAgree. I would use trip 2 at the same time as trip 1. Let trip 2 run for the 3 cycles like Mark said.

this is the equivalent of saying you added new seat covers and increased your mileage by 5-6 MPG.Sorry I honestly have not ever posted anything on a site like this. Mileage prior to install of engine cover was 29-31 have had the bronco sport for almost a year. It has been a week since we installed the engine cover and mileage has been consistent to 35-36 MPG. Regardless I just thought I would post about the change just an FYI for others and to be helpful. Thanks
Off the wall and open to debate :::
Turbo engines benefit from heat to a point, correct ?
Follow me,
Engine cover holds more heat near the top of the engine. Makes for a more stable internal even throughout the engine temp.
Efficiency goes up ?
6,7,8%
VS top of the motor is cooler so,,,,
Some sensor see’s this and the ECM sets the fuel air mix for a not fully warmed up engine?
Yeah yeah I know I’m way off but what If ?
Lol i gained 10 mpg and now have a top speed of 190mph.I believe it increases horsepower by about 25% as well!
Those engine covers are no joke.
Are you kidding? I'm not letting that thing outta my sight!Has anyone removed engine cover to see if gas mileage drops?
yeah, better put an engine cover lock on it. You know, with the high price of gas, it's sure to be a target for thieves. Are you kidding? I'm not letting that thing outta my sight!
Now the words out engine covers make gas mileage shoot up yeah don't take eyes off it cause it will disappear. Are you kidding? I'm not letting that thing outta my sight!
