Just bought the engine cover for 2.0L version
Online Rauch Ford $86
Worth every penny . The exposed wiring on top of the engine will get covered in salt grime every winter causing corrosion , did anybody look at the wimpy inner fenders? Just thin plastic you can push you finger round the edge , that’s not keeping any crap out of the engine compartment !
This vehicle is all electronic you need to protect the wiring and connections at all cost unless you like spending money at the dealer repair shop!

I think this is a N vs S thing. I'm in TX and have never had a vehicle with an engine cover. But I'm not to worried about road salt sludge until our snowmeggedon last year either.

I live in the north and never had an engine cover. It hasn't been a problem.
