Just had out 21 OBX at the dealer (different from our main service center - 2nd opinion). Test drive with me the bronco shuddered coming out of turn, not turning. They couldn't replicate it. Was told since the TSB specifically mentions "turning" the replacement of the hose would be considered preventative maintenance and not covered under the drive train warranty and quoted a replacement cost (parts / fluids / shoptime) of over $600 and to "keep an eye on it".
So, that's what we are doing. For now.
