Dirt Com Rear Tire Carrier

I purchased a Ditcom Trail Swing rear tire carrier for my 25 Badlands. Looks great on the back. Problem is the rear back-up sensor(s) detect the carrier and want to stop the vehicle from backing up and applies the brakes. Quite annoying. I don't think there is any way to turn off the braking. Maybe disable a sensor? What do you guys think.

You can turn that off in the safety features menu. I have to do it every time I throw my bike rack on.

I finally figured out how to turn off the 'rear brake assist' myself. Dirtcom has upgraded the design of the Trail Swing from the one pictured above and I will post a picture tomorrow after I tweak the install a little bit, great unit.
