Decent Bay Area dealers?

I bought TWO Badlands from Future Ford of Concord (my 2021 got totaled five months after I got it, so I ordered a 2022 through them), but they're refusing to fix some roof damage that I didn't notice upon delivery despite having photos showing the damage was there when I picked it up.

So obviously, I don't want to deal with them anymore for service or other issues. Can someone recommend another Bay Area dealer that's decent for service? I'm in walking distance of Hilltop Ford, but I'm not sure if their service department is good.

Yo…Wazzzz upppp? Honestly there are no good dealers.
You want regular service? So far San Leandro Ford I have been taking my fleet trucks there. I didn’t buy any of my Fords there. My service rep I deal with is Simon. I think he is the senior rep but not the boss, that is Paul.
Soon will be my BSFE 1st time for oil change, so I’m taking it there.

As far as your damage to your BS, have you tried your insurance to go after them?

I'm in Brentwood so All Star Ford and Bill Brandt Ford are my two options. Got my BS BB at All Star as Bill Brandt cannot get any Sports as they only have orders shipped and are purchased before they qrrive. We use Bill Brandt for service on the Escape and our expeditions before retiring those. Always timely with few if any issues.

Not sure how All Star would do but I may use them for service because I work nearby. As far as a dealership to work with, the sales staff and support team were excellent. The finance guy on the other hand.. is a finance guy, so it is what it is, lol.
