So this means they’re built, right?Same as mine. Thanks!
Well, it’s not saying it’s built, but if it isn’t, it’s close. The big issue is that it could be built but still missing a chip or two. We should know next week. I know some people have had theirs in production for several weeks. So this means they’re built right? According to other people in Southern California that means it’s about 2wks until delivery which is incredibly exciting for me. This’ll be my first car I’ve ever bought
That’s a very courteous email and it’s unclear why you think the marketing folks would know why scheduling would be delayed? So this was the F-U email I got from my supervisor escalation (which took them 2 weeks to respond to by the way) asking why people with order dates 1 month plus after me for BL Prem got build dates and I didn't :

Just fed up with @Ford Motor Company at this point - gonna be cancelling my BS., I've had enough aggravation with my big Bronco, don't need it on this one too, total dick move by Ford on this. It was nice knowing you guys.
That's who they keep transferring me to - courteous email after telling me on the phone that the phone rep cant help me but they can escalate to a supervisor???? and then after 2 weeks this is the answer - sorry we can't do shit - ABYSMAL!! I went thru customer service, they xfer me to Bronco Support /Marketing and back and forth - it was a gigantic circle jerk. The dealer rep is useless and apparently they hold all the cards. That’s a very courteous email and it’s unclear why you think the marketing folks would know why scheduling would be delayed?
The Ford ordering system is not first come first serve. Ford prioritizes regions and then within regions they prioritize dealers based on sales customer satisfaction etc etc. So where you order has a huge impact on when your vehicle will be scheduled to be built. I do not know why they try and hide that why not just tell you that is how it works? And how can you figure out which dealer will be able to get it built earlier then some other dealer no one knows because that info is not disclosed. So this was the F-U email I got from my supervisor escalation (which took them 2 weeks to respond to by the way) asking why people with order dates 1 month plus after me for BL Prem got build dates and I didn't :
Wouldnt that be a good way to reward dealerships? They’re doing well so they’ll assist with them getting more orders which should help they’d dealerships in terms of commission, repairs etc etc etc.The Ford ordering system is not first come first serve. Totally get that -- but a month and a half difference in order dates???? c'mon - that translates to 2 1/2 to 3 months production time since the last scheduling run takes us to end of March. The Ford ordering system is not first come first serve. That would be frustrating. The customer service rep you talked to should have access to a knowledge base listing the appropriate agency within the company to answer any customer questions. If a given question is not listed in the knowledge base the customer service rep you speak to should be on the hook with you until your question is answered, then they should update the knowledge base so the NEXT customer with that question gets the right information. That's who they keep transferring me to - courteous email after telling me on the phone that the phone rep cant help me but they can escalate to a supervisor???? and then after 2 weeks this is the answer - sorry we can't do shit - ABYSMAL!! You won't be able to get any answers. If dealer is a lower priority in Ford's eyes the customer ordered units are a lower priority. That is how they do it. So you would need to find a dealer who has the clout to get it built. One would think if its customer ordered then first come first serve but nope that now how the system works. And if you pick the wrong dealer it may never get built that happened to ppl in '21.Totally get that -- but a month and a half difference in order dates???? c'mon - that translates to 2 1/2 to 3 months production time since the last scheduling run takes us to end of March.
Unfortunately that's not an option - wife works there. May just get a Grand Cherokee for the kids instead...her group has 3 Jeep dealerships. Frustrating. My frustration from the big bronco is clearly getting to me on this one but it is what it is - I need the car to be here when the kids finish school for the semester and an April or later build won't cut it.You won't be able to get any answers. Yeah you have to do what you have to do. Years later auto industry recovers normalizes then can always trade later on.Unfortunately that's not an option - wife works there.
