My case here too. Good neighborhood but walking distance to the commuter train. The same train that makes it easy to get around the city also makes it easy for the city to come to our front door. You can expect your vehicle to be gone through if you leave it unlocked (my neighbor) and there’s been at least 1 catalytic converter theft of a street parked vehicle here recently.

Actually until checking your link, something I hadn’t thought about, commercial trucks would be easy targets if they’re not parked in secure fenced monitored yards at night.
