Yep .. you do have the latest Sync 3.4.23188

now .. what is your iPhone’s iOS version #? (found on the iPhone under its Settings > General > Software Update)

If your CarPlay issue reoccurs, my prior post has further instructions regarding deleting your iPhone out of Sync and reinstalling under Sync
