I can see they're fixed and not flotsam. A bunch of our beaches feature rock formations and then there are some with forests right on the beach. Just never seen it only in the surfline like that, which is interesting. I haven't been to Virginia Beach in almost 40 years. I like how abandoned they are in your vid. The beaches here get extremely cramped.
