Turning the GOAT dial, nothing happens. No light, no display, no fault…Disconnected and reconned neg battery cable to redo system. Still no GOATs. Anyone have this?

Well that's a new one! Haven't seen that anywhere on the forum......

Only thing I can think of is checking the fuse box, under the passenger side lower panel.

Edit: This is all I could find ......... Looks like a call to Ford Service will be needed. But might help others for Fuse box info.

I'd say your goat dial isn't connected. Maybe the plug fell out. Did it ever work?

Up to you if you want to rip it up and check or let the dealer do it. A couple people have demonstrated how to remove the panel on the console over in the cupholder threads.

Thanks that seems like a plan. I mean it worked just fine and then, nope. Nada. It
does seem like a fuse blew or it is unplugged. I’ll report back. Thank you.

Wasn’t bad enough that Ford’s not shipping them with parts to save dough. Now they’re taking features back

Just wondering if you got this fixed because mine just did the exact same thing.
